Trek Bikes Victoria \/ Pro City Racing is hosting the Binab Property\u00a0Group GP p\/b EBOOST Cyclocross Race at Western Speedway on November\u00a011th, 2012.<\/p>\n
Please come out and race! Join our event on\u00a0Facebook<\/a> and find all the race information on the Cross on\u00a0the Rock<\/a> website.<\/p>\n As well, we need volunteers, we can’t run these races without them.\u00a0Volunteering doesn’t mean you don’t get to race. There are plenty of\u00a0tasks that fit around your race schedule and still allow plenty of\u00a0time for a warm-up. Or if you have family or friends that are coming\u00a0to watch that wouldn’t mind donating an hour or two of their time,\u00a0it would be much appreciated.<\/p>\n If you are willing to volunteer, please email Roland Rabien (roland@rabien.com<\/a>) or directly\u00a0add your name to the volunteer\u00a0signup list<\/a>.<\/p>\n We need people who can help with the following roles:<\/p>\n
| Course Setup<\/td>\n | Sat 1:00pm-5:00pm<\/td>\n | We have built a flyover, but it needs to be \nassembled onsite. 3 or 4 who are handy with tools needed.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n |
| Course Setup<\/td>\n | Sun<\/p>\n 7:30am-10:00am<\/td>\n | 15 people to help stake and tape the course. \nGet the inside scoop on the course and immediately have an \nadvantage over fellow racers who did not help set up<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n |
| Beginner Pre-Ride<\/td>\n | 10:15am-10:30am<\/td>\n | Take the new racers out for a lap and show \nthem your skills<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n |
| Timing (Beginner)<\/td>\n | 11:00am-11:45am<\/td>\n | 2 people with quick and neat handwriting. Our \nsuper star timer Hilary Grant can’t make it, so some timers \nwith experience would be nice.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n |
| Timing (Intermediate)<\/td>\n | 12:00pm-12:50pm<\/td>\n | 3 people, as above.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n |
