Trek Bikes Victoria / Pro City Racing is hosting the Binab Property Group GP p/b EBOOST Cyclocross Race at Western Speedway on November 11th, 2012.
Please come out and race! Join our event on Facebook and find all the race information on the Cross on the Rock website.
As well, we need volunteers, we can’t run these races without them. Volunteering doesn’t mean you don’t get to race. There are plenty of tasks that fit around your race schedule and still allow plenty of time for a warm-up. Or if you have family or friends that are coming to watch that wouldn’t mind donating an hour or two of their time, it would be much appreciated.

We need people who can help with the following roles:
| Course Setup | Sat 1:00pm-5:00pm | We have built a flyover, but it needs to be assembled onsite. 3 or 4 who are handy with tools needed. |

15 people to help stake and tape the course. Get the inside scoop on the course and immediately have an advantage over fellow racers who did not help set up |
| Beginner Pre-Ride | 10:15am-10:30am | Take the new racers out for a lap and show them your skills |
| Timing (Beginner) | 11:00am-11:45am | 2 people with quick and neat handwriting. Our super star timer Hilary Grant can’t make it, so some timers with experience would be nice. |
| Timing (Intermediate) | 12:00pm-12:50pm | 3 people, as above. |
| Timing (Masters/Open Women) | 1:00pm-1:50pm | 3 people, as above. |
| Timing (Expert) | 2:15pm-3:15pm | 2 people, as above. |
| Registration | 9:40am-1:55pm | 3 or 4 people to take peoples money and add them to the start lists. One person with computer skills to generate the start lists. |
| Course Tear Down | 3:15pm-3:16pm | If everybody grabs one piece of tape, this should only take a minute! A few more to help dismantle the flyover. |
